Dedicated teacher and avid fan of gentle and playful movement Nicole's personalized style of teaching will enhance your flexibility, mood and overall well-being.
This gentle yoga class will encourage inner peace as we stretch and breathe according to the needs of our own body to cultivate the perfect experience in the moment.
Class will consist of everything from deep healing gentle movements, simple breath techniques to encourage balance in the body, organic free movement, stillness and joy.
There is consistency in classes with each class offering something a lil different depending on the season and needs of attendees.
Reiki blessing will accompany final relaxation to seal in the goodness.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and water
as well as anything else you like to make yourself comfortable.
